CREATING AN ACCOUNT AT SUPPORT.HANDPRINTINC.COM
- On your computer, open your browser and go to support.handprintinc.com
- In the upper right corner click on “sign up”
- Enter your full name and email address
- Click the “I am not a robot” checkbox
- Complete the Captcha
- Click “register”
- You will see a message populate on the screen that says “Activation link has been sent to [email entered]
- Navigate to your email inbox and click the link in the email from Handprint Inc.
- The link will take you to the Handprint Inc “activate your account” page
- The name you entered will auto-populate on that page and you will be asked to enter a password
- Enter a password of your choosing and click “activate and log in”
YOUR SUPPORT.HANDPRINTINC.COM HOME PAGE
On your home page you will have the ability to submit tickets, review tickets and browse knowledge-based articles.
- Submitting a ticket provides 3 different options
- Submit a repair
- Report a problem
- Enquire on status
- Submit a repair
- Choose a relevant subject, like the devices you’re interested in repairing and the quantity
- Provide a description of the problem each device is having with its associated serial number
- Provide your company name
- Provide the shipping address that these devices will be sent to once the repair is complete
- Click submit
- Report an issue
- If you have an issue with a device and you’d like to receive technical support, please choose this option
- Fill out the required fields and a customer support agent will be in touch to help
- Enquire on status
- Here you can enquire about the status of an order, a repair, or another topic.
- Fill out the appropriate fields and a customer support agent will be in touch to assist you
- Submit a repair
